We do not offer exchanges or returns.
*Due to Covid-19 and the holiday season, shipping time on some USPS & UPS delivery routes are delayed.

Please double check your shipping address!
When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us due to an incorrect shipping address.
In the case that your package is lost or damaged in transit, customers are responsible to file
the claim with the mail carrier.

 

**After your order has been processed**

USA

-Regular shipping is through USPS

which takes 7-10 business days for delivery.

 Shipping days are Wednesdays and Fridays only.

Orders placed by Wednesday will be shipped by Friday of the same week

All orders placed after Thursday will be shipped by Wednesday of the following week.

Canada

Shipping is through USPS which takes about 7-15 business days for delivery.

 All other countries

-International shipping through first class which can take anywhere from 10-35 days to arrive. We also offer DHL Express for international orders for an extra charge $25-$200 depending on the product you order and country. DHL Express delivers within 4-7 business days.

Once shipped out we are not responsible for delays, missing,  lost or stolen packages.

If package gets returned back to us for failure of pickup or invalid address, you will be responsible for a reshipment fee. There will be no returns of exchanges given. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including customer fees for some countries.

REFUNDS: No refunds will be issued.

DELAYS: Delays can occur occasionally.


Most orders are shipped via USPS; however, not guaranteed. Depending on items purchased, UPS will be used to ship your
order. UPS may reflect different delivery time frame based on weight of package and destination.
